Winter 2012 Holiday 3 Day Workshop-(December 26-28) |
Beginner/Intermediate Workshop:
These sessions are designed for beginning to
intermediate squash players (players will be divided
into groups according to ability). The program is
designed to introduce young players to the great sport
of squash, and give them the necessary skills to have
fun and be successful. The program will emphasize
hand-eye coordination, basic strokes, footwork, rules
and most of all have fun in the process.
Advanced/Elite
Workshop:
These players are highly committed to their squash games
and progress. The workshop is designed for elite
nationally ranked tournament players and high school
team players. The three
day program will focus on fundamentals through drills,
condition games, and match play.
